What certifications do your gemstones come with?
Every gemstone at TASA is certified by internationally recognised laboratories including GRS (Gem Research Swisslab) and GIA (Gemological Institute of America). Certificates are included with every purchase.

Are your gemstones natural?
Yes. All gemstones at TASA are 100% natural. Any treatments (such as heat treatment) are fully disclosed in the certificate.

Do you offer bespoke jewellery services?
Yes. We offer a full bespoke service, allowing you to create a unique piece around your chosen gemstone. Please visit our Bespoke page or contact us directly to begin.

How do I care for my gemstone?
We recommend storing your gemstone in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition with certificate intact. Please contact us at tsa65522@gmail.com to initiate a return.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 7-12 business days internationally.

Can I purchase a loose gemstone without a setting?
Yes. All our gemstones are available as loose stones. We also offer bespoke setting services if you wish to have your stone mounted.
