Shipping All orders are dispatched from Shenzhen, China via DHL or FedEx. The estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7–10 working days. We will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. All items are insured during transit. Shipping Costs Worldwide: $75 (flat rate) Returns We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, and the gemstone certificate must be intact. Once we have received the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Please note Customised and bespoke orders are non-refundable. All gemstones are carefully inspected and photographed prior to dispatch.
