TASA Jewellery is a Hong Kong-based fine jewellery brand specialising in rare, certified coloured gemstones including rubies, sapphires, Paraiba tourmalines, conch pearls, aquamarines, and tourmalines. All pieces are crafted in 18K gold and accompanied by internationally recognised gemological certificates where applicable.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

2. PRODUCTS & GEMSTONE DESCRIPTIONS
All gemstone descriptions — including colour, origin, weight, and certification — are provided in good faith based on accompanying laboratory reports (GRS, GIA, or equivalent). Natural gemstones may exhibit minor inclusions, colour variations, or characteristics inherent to their nature; these are not considered defects.
Product photography is as accurate as possible. However, due to variations in screen calibration and lighting, actual colours may differ slightly from images displayed online.

3. PRICING
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. TASA Jewellery reserves the
right to cancel or adjust any order in the event of a pricing error.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit. We accept payment via PayPal and other methods as displayed at checkout.
For bespoke orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence the design and production process.

5. BESPOKE & CUSTOM ORDERS
Bespoke jewellery is made to order and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced. Clients will be presented with design renderings for approval before production begins. Any amendments must be requested prior to production confirmation.
TASA Jewellery retains all intellectual property rights over original designs created by our team. Clients purchase the final physical piece only.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of fine jewellery and certified gemstones, all sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Certified gemstone jewellery
- Bespoke and custom-made pieces
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@tasajewelryshop.com with photographs. We will assess the piece and offer a resolution at our discretion.
