1. ORDER PROCESSING

Each TASA Jewellery piece is individually prepared and verified against 
its accompanying gemological certificate before dispatch from Shenzhen, 
China. Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 3–5 business days. 
Bespoke and custom orders require additional production time, which will 
be confirmed with you personally at the time of order.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship worldwide from Shenzhen, China via FedEx. Shipping availability 
is displayed at checkout.

3. COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

TASA Jewellery offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. 
No minimum purchase is required.

4. SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES

All orders are shipped via FedEx International with full tracking 
and insurance.

Hong Kong & Macau:
- FedEx delivery: 3–5 business days

Asia Pacific (Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, etc.):
- FedEx International: 3–5 business days

United States & Canada:
- FedEx International: 5–7 business days

Europe & United Kingdom:
- FedEx International: 5–8 business days

Rest of World:
- FedEx International: 7–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs 
clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.

5. PACKAGING

Every TASA Jewellery piece is dispatched in our signature packaging, 
suitable for gifting. If you require a personalised gift note, please 
indicate this at checkout or contact us prior to dispatch.

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China. International customers 
are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or 
fees imposed by their country upon arrival. TASA Jewellery is not 
responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing 
an order.

7. INSURANCE & LOSS

All shipments are fully insured to the declared value via FedEx. 
In the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact us 
within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at 
hello@tasajewelryshop.com so we may initiate a claim.

8. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

Due to the high value of our pieces, a signature upon delivery is 
required for all orders. Please ensure someone is available to 
receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, FedEx 
will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
